Join us in welcoming Dr. Michael West!
As part of our ongoing effort to offer the highest quality ophthalmic care and extraordinary service to our patients, we are excited to announce that we are adding another doctor to our Nashville office team. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Michael West to Veterinary Ophthalmology Services!
A native of Alabama, Dr. West graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. He completed a small animal medicine and surgery internship followed by an ophthalmology internship in New York City at BluePearl Veterinary Partners. He then completed his residency in Comparative Ophthalmology at BluePearl Veterinary Partners in Michigan in 2017. Dr. West continued to practice for 3 years with this group before heading back to the Southeast to join VOS in 2020. Dr. West loves his job and enjoys the opportunity to interact with his clients and patients daily. Outside of work, Dr. West enjoys running, watching baseball, and going to the park with his wife and daughter.
We can’t wait for you to meet Dr. West and see exactly why we feel he is a perfect fit for the VOS family. Dr. West will start with us on October 1st.
