Referring Veterinarians

We greatly appreciate our referring veterinarians and strive to be a ready resource for consultations and information. We are happy to assist as little or as much as deemed necessary. We will send you a detailed summary of our findings and recommendations after every examination.

If you would like to refer a client, please fill out and fax our referral form to (615) 690-9398. Please include any recent blood work and information about chronic conditions. We prefer that the client calls our office to set up the appointment so we can better coordinate with their schedule.

Continuing Education

Veterinary Ophthalmology Services is happy to be able to offer continuing education courses in the newest advancements in ophthalmology. We send out fax invitations to all of our referring clinics several weeks before each course in addition to posting notices on our website. Each course is approved for one hour of continuing education credit.

If you are a veterinarian who would like to attend any of our seminars, you can download the registration (linked for each course below) and fax it back to (615) 690-9398, or simply send us an email with your name, practice name, contact info, and the names of the doctors attending. We hope to see you there!
