Client Care Representative
Join a team of caring professionals who deliver only the best in client service and healthcare.

A Client Care Leader focuses on client service and communication. He or she is the first and last contact with the hospital and key to creating first and lasting impressions. The candidate must have exceptional client service and communication skills, computer literacy, handle payment and financial issues, ability to multi-task, friendly attitude, and confidence to deal with stressful situations. The client care team supports veterinarians, technicians, veterinary assistants and their fellow team members in daily patient and client care. They communicate with clients in person and by phone, text, fax, and e-mail. MUST have stellar work ethic, be on time, and on task.
